App or browser — what's the difference?
A common question is whether the app offers something extra. The answer is: your account, balance, and bonuses remain exactly the same whether you log in from your phone's browser or the app.
That said, regular users tend to prefer the app because the screen is optimised for mobile, you don't have to type the address into a browser each time, and with push notifications enabled, important updates come to you directly.
- Same account and balance — on both the app and browser
- Interface designed for mobile screens
- Loads fast, fewer taps to get things done
- Bonus offers and match updates via notifications
Keep your account secure on mobile
Following a few basic precautions while using the 9bd app on your phone will keep your account fully safe. For details on logging in, visit the 9bd login page.
Login and security tips
- Keep your screen lock (PIN, fingerprint, or face unlock) enabled so no one else can access the app.
- Verify the OTP when logging in — never share this code with anyone; no 9bd staff member will ever ask for it.
- Keep your password to yourself and change it regularly. Do not use the same password on any other site.
- Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi — use mobile data or a trusted network instead.
- Make a habit of logging out before closing the app, especially on a shared phone.
A few tips for running the app smoothly
A stable internet connection is most important when playing live betting or live casino tables. Even a slightly weak network can cause a game or bet to refresh, so use a good Wi-Fi connection if available instead of mobile data.
- Make sure you have a stable network when playing live games or placing bets.
- Always update the app through official channels — some features may not work on older versions.
- Keeping your phone's storage and RAM clear helps the app run faster.
- Keep notifications on — you won't miss bonus offers and important updates.
- For information on installation and the APK, see the 9bd APK download and install guide.
